WHAT WE COLLECT IN THE APP • Email address — when you create an account (sign-in with email, Apple, or Google). Signing in with Apple lets you hide your address; we only ever receive the relay address in that case. • Photos you submit for plant diagnosis, and journal entries you save • Subscription status — managed by RevenueCat, our subscription platform • A device/user identifier used only to keep your account and saved data in sync WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA Rootless Farm does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, and there is nothing to opt out of under CCPA/CPRA — we don't perform a "sale" or "share" as those terms are defined by California law. ADVERTISING IN THE APP Non-subscribed users see ads served through Google AdMob. Every ad request is flagged non-personalized: we do not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and no advertising identifier (IDFA) is collected. Google may still process limited technical data (e.g. IP address) to serve and measure ads — see Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy Ads are shown only on the Library and Calculators tabs, and full-screen ads are limited to a few per session. Subscribers see no ads at all. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / KVKK / LGPD / CCPA) Email privacy@rootlessfarm.com to access, export, or delete your account and app data. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account directly from the app (Account tab → Delete account), which permanently removes your journal entries and diagnosis history.
