Supprimer vos données

You can permanently delete your Rootless Farm account and all associated data directly from the app — no need to contact us. 1. Open the Rootless Farm app and sign in. 2. Go to the Account tab. 3. Tap "Delete account". 4. A confirmation dialog will appear: "This permanently deletes your account and everything saved in your Journal. This cannot be undone." Tap "Delete" to confirm. Deletion happens immediately once you confirm — there is no waiting period and no way to undo it from the app.

Confirming deletion permanently removes: • Your account (including your Firebase-backed sign-in identity created via Apple or Google) • All Journal entries • Your diagnosis history and any saved diagnosis photos • Your subscription linkage in RevenueCat (an active paid subscription is not automatically canceled by account deletion — cancel it separately from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings to stop future billing) This data cannot be recovered once deletion completes.

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email privacy@rootlessfarm.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account and data. We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
