Why sunflower microgreens are different
Three traits set them apart from broccoli, radish, and mustard microgreens:
- Substantial. Thick stems and full leaves give them weight and crunch.
- Nutty flavor. Mild and sweet — not pungent like radish or grassy like pea shoots.

The workflow
