Every long-form article is reviewed by a subject-matter expert and fact-checked against at least two independent sources, with a preference for peer-reviewed research and university extension services. Content is updated quarterly; the "last updated" timestamp is visible at the top of each article. Empirical claims policy: any post that claims an original experiment or measurement must publish raw data (CSV or photo log), method, and date. Posts that fail this gate are not allowed on the site.
